Young Bobbie Riley is the ward of racing star 'Burn-'em-Up' Barnes who, aiming to get out of car racing, joins with Marjorie Temple to start a transportation company. However it turns out Marjorie owns land that the crooked businessman Warren will do anything to get. Warren and his loyal henchman Drummond plot and scheme to ruin the burgeoning transportation company and force Marjorie to sale her land.
