It is muy ridiculo y histerico, somewhat in the manner of Monty Python, and a great deal of the fun is physical comedy. Set in a Spanish nightclub in the sleazy section of the Mexican border town of Trujillo, where Pepe Hernandez, a poor man's Ed Sullivan, has persuaded his uncle, the manager of a local Coca-Cola bottling plant to give him money to rent the nightclub."
A simple show that is a laughable a minute and ridiculously wonderful!
A local impresario, Senor Don Pepe Hernandez, has announced in the local newspapers that he is going to bring international cabaret to Trujillo.
Eventually he succeeds, and we see the cabaret within the cabaret as it unfolds.
