A successful business woman gives up her career and raises the son of her deceased sister. His natural father who was unaware of his son's existence finds this out after eight years. Prompted by a wise judge, they decide to enter into a marriage of convenience in order to not upset the child. Soon after (with a little help of the boy) they fall in love.
